Cancellation Policy

At Gebai Property Services Ltd, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined our booking cancellation policy below: Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Appointment: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, your booking fee will be fully refunded. Cancellations Made Between 12 and 24 Hours Before the Appointment: For cancellations made within this time frame, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Appointment: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment. However, exceptions may be made if the reasons for cancellation are deemed legitimate and the appointment cannot proceed. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
